Octane Raceway, The Valley leader in active entertainment, Octane Raceway, is moving to the Pavilions at Talking Stick. Opening this spring, the venue is the only full-time, one-third mile indoor and outdoor racetrack in the United States. In addition to high-speed, electric kart racing, a flexible Segway course, billiards tables, an interactive arcade, and the PIR Pit Crew Challenge are also available. The Trackside Bar & Grill is always open for drinks and classic American fare. As a full service conference facility for groups and corporate events of up to 500, Octane’s meeting spaces have full audiovisual capabilities and can easily transform from “lunch & learn meetings” to fully catered dinner parties. Octane Raceway will open in July.
Burlington Coat Factory,occupying 50,000 square feet of space will open Fall 2013 next to Discount Tire. Burlington Coat Factory is a national leading off-price retailer with over 500 stores in 44 states and Puerto Rico, offering brag-worthy brand name merchandise for the entire family and the home with up to 65 percent off department store prices every day. Departments include ladies’ dresses, suits, sportswear, juniors, accessories, menswear, family footwear and children’s clothing. Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar will be the first ground-up restaurant built in the former north lake area adjacent to Indian Bend Road, west of Petco. The restaurant's menu features a variety of boldly flavored, made-to-order menu items including it's namesake, Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings. The restaurant is slated to open Summer 2012.
Red Robin offers more than two dozen innovative gourmet burgers served with Bottomless Steak Fries® (which means free refills!) and more than 100 different toppings for guests to customize their favorite burger. While Red Robin has been grilling up gourmet burgers for more than 40 years, the menu also offers a variety of salads, entrees, soups and wraps made with the freshest ingredients, many made in-house. Red Robin will build a 6,000 square foot restaurant in the parking lot just east of Petco.
Conn's Home Plus operates 70 retail locations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona. Conn's will sell home appliances, a variety of consumer electronics, including televisions, compute/tablets and furniture. Conn's carries the top brand names of the products it sells and offers attractive financing alternatives for customers with different financial needs. Opening in Sept.

Hooters now open next to Mountainside Fitness is a casual beach-themed restaurant featuring “oldies” jukebox music, sports on television, and a menu that includes seafood, sandwiches, salads and spicy chicken wings. Hooters is committed to providing guests with a unique, entertaining dining experience in a fun and casual atmosphere delivered by the, vivacious Hooters Girls while making positive contributions to communities. The new Pavilions Hooters will open late fall.
