Scottsdale, AZ – April 20, 2014. The Pavilions announces the openings of Red Robin, Courtyard Interiors and Great Hearts Academy. “It is exciting to bring more choices to our customers and a big part of that success can be attributed to the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community’s vote to approve the on-site consumption of liquor in restaurants, including the recently opened Buffalo Wild Wings, Barro’s Pizza, Filiberto’s, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Hooters and UltraLuxe Cinema.” said Chuck Carlise, President of De Rito Partners Development, Inc.”
Red Robin – known as the Gourmet Burger Expert – offers more than two dozen innovative gourmet burgers served with Bottomless Steak Fries® (which means free refills!) and more than 100 different toppings for guests to customize their favorite burger. While Red Robin has been grilling up gourmet burgers for more than 40 years, the menu also offers a variety of salads, entrees, soups and wraps made with the freshest ingredients, many made in-house. Red Robin will build a 6,000 square foot restaurant in the parking lot just east of Petco, opening May 26, 2014. See redrobin.com.
Great Hearts Academy
The 80,000 square foot school will be built in an area of the center that once was occupied by a Fiddlesticks and Chuck E Cheese. Phase I will accommodate students in grades K-7 and Phase II to 12th grade. The location gives the school visibility to traffic on Indian Bend and Pima Roads and allows for easy access to parents dropping off their children. The school will open in August 2014 for the fall semester. See greathearts.com.
